How do I set up translation in a channel?

First invite Babble to your channel with /invite @Babble, then type /babble set to choose your two languages. That's it — every message will be translated automatically.

What languages does Babble support?

Babble supports 100+ languages including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Tagalog, and many more.

How do I check the current language setting?

Type /babble status in any channel to see the current language pair.

What happens when I hit my message limit?

Babble will notify you in Slack when you reach your plan's monthly limit. You can upgrade at getbabble.app to continue translating. Limits reset on the 1st of every month.

Are my messages stored?

No. Message content is never stored. It is sent to our AI translation provider, translated, and immediately discarded. See our privacy policy for full details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email us at hello@getbabble.app and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I uninstall Babble?

Go to your Slack workspace settings → Installed Apps → find Babble → Remove. This immediately revokes all access.
